Did you see the REHL-specific docs?  There are some issues.
What platform?
We've actually tested U2 and U3.  For U2, you need to manually select a
different rpmlist when creating the image.  Did you do that if running
U2?  IIRC, the U2 list also works for the Gold and U1, but may be wrong.

We have had reports of problems w/ U4.
