Let me see if I understand what you are asking. You seem to want to have OSCAR serve as an image server for dual boot images.
This will not work without a lot of fiddling. OSCAR itself is not what you want exactly as it uses a tool called SystemImager to make and send out stripped down images out for the purposes of high performance computing. By default these are not designed to be used by anyone directly (no xwindows etc). You could use systemimager to send out Linux images that are not made by OSCAR (just using oscar as an easy way to set up and configure systemimager) but I don't think it is going to be able to send out a dual boot image because systemimager does not store the disk images as exact binary copies of the hard drives. I am not an expert with systemimager, however, so I could be wrong. This week, many of the OSCAR team are in Washinton at Supercomputing so we might be a bit slow on the response.
