The name in the /opt/maui/maui.cfg file is the same as what I get from the
'hostname' command.

Oh, I did forget to put the "," between those two commands, but I removed
that pp option all together to try and simplify the equation.

Please also check that /opt/maui/maui.cfg contains the line
SERVERHOST              master.domain.com

I guess you miss a "," between nodes:1 and ppn:1, but that wouldn't get
submitted...
