Hi James:

Don't quote me on this as I haven't done this on a production system,
but I believe you can simply grab the latest RPMs and run rpm -Uvh.  For
TORQUE, make sure you also update torque-modulefile.  Just to be safe,
make sure you have backups available ;-)

I am in the process of updating the SRPM for TORQUE to 2.0.0p8, so you
might want to wait a wee bit...
