Hi Brad:

Does /etc/sysconfig/clock complement ntp?  Because OSCAR does provide
ways to synchronize time on the cluster - but not sure if that keeps
track specifically of the "timezone".

This could potentially be something that we can do for the user
automatically, if it's the right thing to do...

BTW, it's "/var/lib/systemimager", not "/opt/lib/systemimager".
