[Oscar-users] hardware suggestions

Hello we are undertaking a PhD project in our institute we have purchased 16 pentium 4 d machines with on board tg3 lan chips so far we have installed fedora core, mandriva 10.0 and 10.1 all to no avail can you suggest an O/S that we can get to run either oscar 4,2 or 2.2.1 we are now desperate to get the correct O/S as fedoracore 2 nearly worked but the drivers were not mirrored.
