The 4.2.1 beta build is available here http://oscar.openclustergroup.org/beta it has a more recent version of SIS.
If you want to use the latest, more or less stable code use the 5.0 branch. http://oscar.openclustergroup.org/filebrowser/49/branch The docs here http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/wiki/oscar:5.0:install_guide:index should be helpful for the 5.0 install. Please let us know if there are deficiencies in the documentation still, they should be up to date.
