From looking at your log you might try doing an "up2date
libaio-devel<https://rhn.redhat.com/network/software/packages/name_overview.pxt?package_name=libaio-devel&channel_arch_ia32=channel-ia32&channel_arch_ia64=channel-ia64&channel_arch_x86_64=channel-x86_64&search_subscribed_channels=>"
and trying the install again. I am not sure that OSCAR was tested on the WS
version of RHEL, so there may be some dependencies not present on AS or ES.
If that doesn't work you might try typing "export OSCAR_VERBOSE=3" and
re-running install_cluster. That might give us some more information in the
log...
At least the libaio package is not being installed, either it can not be
found, or the installation is failing... unfortunately the default logging
doesn't capture this information
