I made the correction (below) define at page 13 of the installation manual,

Replace $IMAGEDIR/usr/sbin/efibootmgr with the file from the new elilo
rpm: cp usr/sbin/efibootmgr $IMAGEDIR/usr/sbin
#################
and the :
###############
mkdir /var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage/var/lock/rpm
############
but the pb still exists.

I then attach the install.log.

I found nothing specific to oscar in /var/log/messages.
