I don't think those lines are the problem, they are normal IPv6 stuff, I think.

The absence of the oscar_server, nfs_oscar, and pbs_oscar are
important because the mentioned services expect them to exist and if
they don't then at least nfs and pbs will not work as expected.  I
think this problem is not terribly unusual and is probably the answer
to a number of peoples problems recently.
