included into oscarimage, after rebooting all slave nodes have SELinux

correct config file to slave nodes in this case renders them unbootable

requires complete reimaging. I guess one can also try kernel boot option
to
switch SELinux off temporarily but I haven't tried this.
Please, include /etc/selinux/config into default oscarimage and warn users
in
the documentation about potential dangers of non-synced SELinux cluster
configuration.
