Michael,

I usually post bug reports to a proper mailing list first (and since I am not 
a developer I guess that would be users list) to get some kind of 
confirmation that the problem does exist and not caused by some stupid 
mistake on my side, obvious for more experienced users. Anyway, I have 
registered at the link you provided, followed to OSCAR trac pages, logged in 
and still can't see any way to submit a new ticket. No New Ticket tub in trac 
navigation bar is available. Perhaps, my account needs approval?
