Try doing

# export OSCAR_VERBOSE=5

before starting up the wizard and see if it gives you any more helpful
information.  Are you trying to use online repositories for the
/tftpboot/oscar/fc-6-i386 files or just for the distro files?  The
online repos for oscar itself are very much under construction...
