I am pretty green at the whole networking deal with linux. I have gotten
everything set up except I am recieving this error when I go to initiate the
oscar wizard:
ERROR: your hostname is assigned to the loopback interface
Please assign it to your public interface /etc/hosts
I have followed the instructions in the 5.1 trunk installations instructions
and configured the text. I have two network interfaces -- one public/one
private. If my public interface is using DHCP how on earth can I assign a
name to it?
Your advice/help is much needed!
