Hi All,
I have a setup that I am starting to build using Kickstart and a RHN
Satellite server to build nodes and I was wondering if I can install the
oscar node software just using the RPM's and script etc without using
the PXE boot or SystemImager. The RHN satellite server gives me goodies
like re-provisioning all nodes if needed.
I have the Oscar RPM's for RHEL4 etc, but they are the head node tools
aren't they? from the documentation I take it I need to install the head
node, build the systemImager Image and then setup PXE boot or use a boot
CD. I would like to get around the bit of having to use a Linux PXE
server since we have RIS which is configured with our DHCP servers etc.
