Did you get the machine from Dell with the OS preloaded?  It is
possible they loaded some drivers which are not in the standard kernel
source.  I think UYOK should still work for this but I am not
possitive.  Dell like using bizare drivers, its like a hobby or
something...

Also you might try using the drivers from the modprobe.conf on the
head node when imaging the disk.  It shouldn't mater, but its
something to try...
