If you want to be totally sure you are starting from scratch, just install a
fresh OS on the head node. Especially if you are hitting unexpected things
from start_over, this is probably a good idea anyway.
The message just means the oscar database isn't present, which might or
might not be a serious problem. You probably uninstalled mysql at some
point, is my guess.
