Hi,
All of test are successful on my cluster network except open mpi one , i
ignore that since it was just one mpi and i can work with others.
But, when i tried to submit a job with qsub , first of all i meet Bad UID
job error and i found out it's because of being "root" user so i tried
another users, but with them , when i tried to submit a job with command
"qsub -l nodes=2 /home/script.sh " i got result " resource limit exceed
error" but i have 2 acitve node in my network ( as a pilot) so i shouldnt
have this probelm, anyway i tried "qsub -l nodes=1 /home/script.sh " and
some message like 29.server.... appeard ( i forgot what was exactly ) ,
after that i tried "qstat" command and there was a job in queue with id=29 ,
but nothing happend , so i tried "qstat" agian and i saw the queue is
empty!!!!
i did these steps again and it seems that the job stay in queue for around
1-2 sec , but after that nothing happend ( my delete from queue but didnt
start).
So there is some question about that:
1- can i run job as a root?!
2- why msg "resource limit exceed " showed up , while i have 2 node in my
cluster , (server and hpc-linux01)
3- why my job didnt start?!
Cheers.
