In this link,
https://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/wiki/InstallGuidePreparing#Repositories
,
we have:

3.3.1 On RPM Based Systems

   1. Make sure that your system is up-to-date, executing as root *yum
   update*
   2. Execute as root *yum install oscar-base yume packman orm perl-
   AppConfig<https://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/wiki/AppConfig>
    perl-IO-Tty*

So, I installed perl-IO-Tty manually (yum install didn't work, because
nothing was found) and the bootstrap continued to try to install perl_Qt and
then it said that was not installed, and in another case:

My output:

package perl-Qt is not installed
!!! Some packages were NOT installed !!!
ERROR: impossible to install perl-Qt ( /usr/bin/install_prereq --smart
/usr/share/oscar/prereqs/perl-Qt)
 at /usr/bin/oscar-config line 209
ERROR: Impossible to install a prereq ( /usr/share/oscar/prereqs/perl-Qt)
 at /usr/bin/oscar-config line 209
ERROR: Impossible to complete stage 2 of the bootstrap.
 at /usr/bin/oscar-config line 209

I guess to install manually perl-Qt do can work. I will try it now.
