No, they're not:
[r...@owl ~]# rpm -q kernel
kernel-2.6.18-128.1.6.el5
[r...@owl ~]# rpm -q kernel --root /var/lib/systemimager/images/ 
oscarimage10/
kernel-2.6.18-92.el5

I do not know why the versions differ, but I will take a closer look  
as soon as possible. (Tomorrow is a holiday, so I won't be able to do  
that before Monday).
