Hi,

i stumbled over the "All rights reserved" notices in some OSCAR source 
files and was unsure what this meant with respect to the GPL.

The following post from debian-legal, seems to be of the opinion that 
such notices have no effect.

What is the purpose of those statements with respect to OSCAR? it would 
seem that either they are misleading, as the code is GPL - or they 
declare parts of oscar proprietary software, in which case they cannot 
be distributed legally with the GPL parts of OSCAR.
