Hi, i stumbled over the "All rights reserved" notices in some OSCAR source files and was unsure what this meant with respect to the GPL.
The following post from debian-legal, seems to be of the opinion that such notices have no effect. http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-le...@lists.debian.org/msg36991.html What is the purpose of those statements with respect to OSCAR? it would seem that either they are misleading, as the code is GPL - or they declare parts of oscar proprietary software, in which case they cannot be distributed legally with the GPL parts of OSCAR.
