In the initial install, I didn't add the ganglia package. I am trying
to go back and do that. I bring up oscar_wizard install, select "Select
OSCAR Packages to Install" The package selection window pops up, but
when I select "Default" the window dies with errors. Here is what is
displayed: (Started in debug mode and dumped the env)
