/me thinks that the problem with the RPM key is simply an warning. For me it looks more likely that the package /tftpboot/distro/scientific_linux-5-i386/urlgrabber-2.9.6-1.noarch.rpm does not actually belong to scientific linux 5 (is more likely a package from scientifc linux 4 or some older distro) and causes the main problem here.
The error message you are seeing " Datei /usr/bin/urlgrabber aus der Installation von urlgrabber-2.9.6-1.noarch kollidiert mit der Datei aus dem Paket python-urlgrabber-3.1.0-5.el5.noarch" indicates an package conflict. (translated the above error message means: "file %s from the installation of %s conflicts with file from package %s") So, can you please remove /tftpboot/distro/scientific_linux-5-i386/urlgrabber-2.9.6-1.noarch.rpm (or move it somewhere else) and try again ?
