You are right. I focussed on the WARNING not on the ERROR message.
You should replace "urlgrabber" by "python-urlgrabber" in
/usr/share/oscar/prereqs/yume/prereq.cfg in the "scientific linux"
section. For instance replace the scientific linux section by

urlgrabber
python-elementtree
yum
createrepo
yume

[scientific*:5:*]
perl-IO-Tty
python-urlgrabber
python-elementtree
yum
createrepo
yume
