Hello:

When I was running the oscar-bootstrap script using the unstable repo, 
I got the next error on CENTOS 5.4 i386

The ERROR which I underlined said:
Impossible to install the following core OPKGs (API  side): "sis" at 
/usr/bin/oscar-config line 99

What does it mean?
