Hi, Everyone I have bee using Oscar 5 on RedHat Linux RHEL 4.8 for sometime
I am running into some problems setting up the in "MPI" environment. scripts work fine in GUI environment and on headnode. Do these programs need to be recompiled to work in clustered environment using MPI. (All the nodes in 1 internal network). I have been using PBS, Torque and Moui for job scheduling and submitting jobs. Are there some better instructions for setting up where I can pickup.
