It seems that *mptbase* module is not loaded correctly. and you need to
prepare the initram image manually.
So, on the head node, run:
mkinitrd -v -f --preload mptbase --preload mptsas --preload ata_piix
--force-scsi-probe --without-dmraid
--fstab=/var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage/etc/fstab.fake
/var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage/boot/initrd-x.x.x-xxx.x
x.x.xx-xxx.x
Of course, you must change x.x.x-xxx.x with your kernel [exact] version
number.
