I tried to use the
http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/repos/unstable/rhel-6-x86_64
repository but I encounter an issue when executing yum:
# yum install oscar-base
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, security
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: mirror.dattobackup.com

* updates: mirror.clarkson.edu
http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/repos/unstable/rhel-6-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: oscar.
Please verify its path and try again
