I am not sure if you are talking about rhel-5-x86_64 OR rhel-6-x86_64.
However, I did several tries as described below.
I tried the
http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/repos/6.1.0/rhel-5-x86_64 repo
and I got the messages:
yum search oscar-base
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, priorities, security
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: centos.corenetworks.net
* extras: centos.mirror.nac.net
* updates: centos.mirror.netriplex.com

As I was unsure about the answer to my questions I was looking for a proven
version of OSCAR.
When I tried with Olivier's repo
