Hi DongInn, I found the error with my .img and the problem was really the size. In fact the initrd image format was OK but I forgot to remove the old .img file and it was added by cpio to the new image.
Now the server starts to retrieve the files to rsync but it fails (from /tmp/si_monitor.log) onto the parted cmd: parted -s -- /dev/sda mkpart primary 0 100 || shellout with Error: The location 100 is outside of the device /dev/sda I will have a look at the script <node_name>.sh as it seems to be the one who generated the error.
