As part of the installation process for Oscar I selected to install the BLCR package for future use by users. The output from jobs running on the cluster now contain the following message: Failed to initialize BLCR.: Function not implemented
though the jobs keep running. I have checked the installation of blcr and have noticed the blcr kernel modules are not loaded, the blcr server is not started and when it starts output an error about unable to load kernel modules. At this stage I wish to just disable the function within torque so that it's not called and the message above is not displayed, is there a way of doing that?, that doesn't involve restarting the cluster. Or do I simply remove the rpms? Thanks --------------------------------------------------------------------- Richard A.
