Hi! There are a bunch of softwares that I wish would exist, and I'd like to either find them, in the case that they already exist, or sponsor their creation in the case that they don't already exist. I've combed Google, but it has been hard to make google understand my full specification and I haven't really come up with any results yet.
Are there any sort of central directories for this sort of thing? A sort of human-powered search engine (i.e., mailing list) where I could say, "I'm looking for a software that does this, this, and this, does it exist and if not would anyone be interested in helping me create it?"
