s/Java//g :) This has been a teh tarik discussion topic that have been beaten to death every single time some (employer|developer) talks to (mdec|government|university|amongst self) for years. If we ended up rejecting the majority of graduates because they can't even do a Fizz Buzz in any language, the problem has nothing to do with Java... IMHO, the problem goes much deeper, but unfortunately, I don't have a good answer to that, sorry. *shrug*. Me, personally, have been *trying* to mentor young developers, but it's very frustrating due to prevailing attitudes and and lack of enthusiasm [1]. [1] If I've to lmglfy.com anyone, then they've failed miserably. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Join Open Source Developers Club Malaysia http://www.osdc.my/ Facebook Fan page http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=98685301577 http://www.facebook.com/pages/Open-Source-Developers-Club-Malaysia/80292283545 You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OSDC.my Mailing List" group.
