:) This has been a teh tarik discussion topic that have been beaten to
death every single time some (employer|developer) talks to
(mdec|government|university|amongst self) for years.

If we ended up rejecting the majority of graduates because they can't
even do a Fizz Buzz in any language, the problem has nothing to do
with Java...

IMHO, the problem goes much deeper, but unfortunately, I don't have a
good answer to that, sorry. *shrug*. Me, personally, have been
*trying* to mentor young developers, but it's very frustrating due to
prevailing attitudes and and lack of enthusiasm [1].

[1] If I've to lmglfy.com anyone, then they've failed miserably.
