I attended (gate crash as i was not invited) the above today at KL Convention Centre and ate 2 kuih, 1 kopi, and banquet hall lunch when Datuk Dr James Ongkili handed over some awards. But i did my part by faithfully attending the techno talks. Hmm.. not bad MIMOS really doing some addon research, Wireless Sensor, web 3.0 Semantic platform, middleware intelligence. Clap along.. Looked at the nice slider work.. filled up the techno recepient form... no one mentioned about producing Open Source. I wait, and waited. Then got a bit bored. Then got a bit itchy. So i put up my hand to ask a stupid question, "Are you making any of this open source?"
