Somehow i met some interesting people just now. One of them is an Extol rep who remembered me from the OSCONF last 2 mths and is making their commercially viable RFID and Campus Management System FOSS as it is no longer their core business. I counter offered with: 1) Integrate it to ADempiere and you get better uptake. 2) With a top SF project you stand better chance of worldwide branding as the copyright remain yours. 3) If there is good uptake you can reposition it as Extol's FOSS spinoffand return to review if you can resell your services.
Also VP of Software MIMOS, Mr Thillai, got excited about me and my goat story that he was asking me 'when do we start putting ADempiere on to their Grid and Cloud". I told him we are ready cos only last week we have a new contribution from Florida which is a Virtual Machine that self expand as a server service within any web zone. MIMOS better be ready cos my germans alone can bring down the whole malaysian grid.
