Guys, Its dawn here as i write this. It has become my daily breakfast (minus the proper one) to wake up, call up my mailbox and see what wonders lie beyond (in terms of the imaginary civil war that occur in this little empire). I enjoyed this very much both educationally and for amusement. I get to ponder on theories that i hope to share if any of you care to read on. Humans make mistakes. I think some of us have in this whole process (before day 1 :) ). I read about some unwritten rule on leadership and management is to: 1. Not do things right all the time without 2. Doing the right thing which often involve side-stepping the right process What is the right thing when we think someone else did something wrong? A. Help him correct it in a way without B. Hurting his feelings because no one will willingly admit it. It is called an ego, dummy! C. Accept that maybe he is right and we are wrong. So you soot his ego, again dummy. D. Ignore whether he is a the smartest ass in the universe (cos he is also human, dummy) IMHO words such as "you are wrong and i am right" will very quickly detroy one's respect for the individual and all hell usually breaks loose depending on how many are 'you' and how many are 'i'. No one is wrong always and right always. Norbert also spent many hours doing this. He assumes Election Officer voluntarily and he should not yet assume removal of his complicity in his right to vote at the same time because its ruled as a right, unless others determine correctly his impartiality. So far he has acted marvelously. Except for trying to defend himself abit here. That is fine, but when someone now says another person is starting to conduct a new elections within the elections, we are now seeing 3 in 1 - 1 to vote on Carlos call, 1 to vote on Norbert's call, i think the original one to vote on the 220 list is long forgotten! Poor audience out there. Some are already signing citizenship papers thinking that the elections is over and they are going to receive their green cards! Little did they know that the Election Officer is wrestling Citizen No.2 and Citizen no. 16 and 42 is planning a national football team hoping to sell more tickets to more citizens. In the end, i wonder if ADempiere is a football match, whether the players understand that they are players and not referees and the audience also understand that they are audience and not Manchester United.
