Saifuladli, You reminded me to pose this important question. First of all this course is meant for the teaching fratnernity, meaning only university/colleges/schools are offered to send their IT faculty members to it. In my case, I got it thru Asia e-University.
I hope OSDC can request to send FOSS developers or enthusiasts for that too, as Java is heavily used in FOSS applications.
