Red1, AJ, Raja and the rest, what must we or them make mistake twice? or oven and over again?? isn't the purpose of having the "Champion" or "Industry Capable Individual" to guide and teach to those who need it? this is why you are here reason being why they or we need people like YOU. none the less no one is perfect but perfection is made by those who have experience it. share those experience for those who need it and work together to achieve the goals...
