Hack number 2 Make noise, I will wait until the HSBB is implemented and see. So far, we grassroot make a lot of noise, TM not listening. We need noise at a high level. Somebody high up at the administration need to know, good infrastructure means more investment coming in. Hack number 3 More competition. But we are all too poor to create competition.
