hmmm... what tun describes is something which the e-ida + i-ida applications hopes to support. e-ida for gathering and analysing data and i-ida for gathering, organising and analysing textual data. can probably add d-ida in as well for target groups. and our first level categorisation is already sectoral. so should be good to go.
