Ubuntu and Fedora are the main culprit. Download from outsite Malaysia more than local traffic. Let propose different way. 30 mil to create one central cloud service for Malaysia OSS community to work with and link together. Move Adempire in the cloud and create training env around it for this community to learn to used SVN GIT Track and contribute.
