I second the suggestion. Somewhat I felt that this is for Malaysian Developer (obviously stated in the name OSDC.my). This place should also be good for students who wanted to join to find some help or experience, and of course, Malaysian students. Maybe we should include some how-tos and documentation in both Malay and English language. Just a suggestion. But what is the most important, we should have a centralized docs, and hopefully, this will wipe out redundancy, and override confusion (if there's some clash in the info). p/s: i hate redundancy.
