i believe kudos to the malaysian govt is deserved as well, as i heard
that the thai authorities specifically asked the mou to be signed with
a malaysian. malaysia's ranking has also risen in a few areas (such as
e-govt and national competitiveness), so more countries have
confidence in malaysians.
many thanks to kperak who have extended a shelter, and hope there are
many more exciting things to come
hope we can all work together and get rid of the need to have
'tongkat' and having to 'kowtow' to cronyism
