Dear Ali Tie, This is good news. Indeed Free and Open Source ERP can help Xian towards: 1. Sovereignty, over every part of software used, 2. Interoperatibility with any software including closed source, 3. Ownership where Xian get to be the final decision maker 4. Sustainability where local resources can be setup to replace foreign dependency.   Recently in Thailand's Chulalongkorn University's Halal Science Centre also got the government approval to embark on a ERP Supply Chain SuperHighway using ADempiere Open Source ERP.
