I have tried but failed to drum this in that if we train our young to be
great in Oracle and MS, there is a pull factor to leave (plus push
factor due to wanton corruption here in Malaysia to give them an even
chance to make it).
But that is what MDec does best. Take off-the-shelf training packages
rather than figure out its own curriculum.
