Team Lets we set aside issue whose who here. Lets we concentrate on how we can counter back the offer with our own proposal.
Lets say the offer is open up again for us to counter proposal, what can we as OSS community offer? 2 things that we need to resolve :- 1) We need to have a big company to support us and good business model. Startup money who going to invest? 2) We need to use proven technology in OSS that we can build, customize and support on our own.
