I think its definitely more than that. They probably will setup mail
server farms in Malaysia (MS Exchange?) and create jobs etc.
The current web ui is just "parking".
Reasons of use or justification aside...ironically, the only locally
developed mailserver (MailNow!) (not open source-repackaged) wasn't
even invited.
