I can't remember. But it's a pretty decent server. 2 x 1Tb would be ideal, one disk can be used as a mirror. I also have two more servers, but both have SCSI backplanes. If someone can find a SATA backplane that would great. http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/server/sr2400
