I didn't compare the schematics of the Mini2440 and the Micro2440 yet. If they 
connect the CPUs in the same way, there is no reason why it should not work 
on the Micro2440 as well.
Maybe the MACHID differs (I don't know), so the kernel's board file must be 
adapted to make it work.
