If you want to keep your own BSP you could copy the new patch stack from the GIT repository to your own BSP: If you are using Linux-3.5, copy the "configs/platform-friendlyarm-mini2440/patches/linux-3.5" directory content from the GIT repository to the same location in your BSP. Then rebuild your kernel and you are done. Or update your BSP project to the current GIT repository all at once.
